Guillermo Argote has a robust and diverse background in all aspects of Real Estate. A graduate of Kean University with a concentration in Business, Guillermo is the Broker and Owner of Coldwell Banker Liberty. Coldwell Banker Liberty boasts a sales force that is composed of 58 real estate agents with 2019 sales volume of 370 units totaling $125M; making it the #2 sales office in Union County.
Besides being a Real Estate broker since 2001, Guillermo also owns a home acquisition company in the business of acquiring properties for rental income or flipping. In 2020 alone, this company, New Assets LLC, successfully completed the renovation and sale of more than 100 properties.
To complement the acquisition and flipping business, Guillermo is also the owner of GA Development LLC, a licensed contracting company that renovates and builds the homes he acquires. The development company also services his personal portfolio since 2006.
On the property management side of Real Estate, Guillermo is the owner of Liberty Rents LLC. This auxiliary company serves the key function of managing Guillermo’s personal portfolio, currently comprised of more than 250 units.
Guillermo’s business interests have also included condominium conversions. Guillermo was the co-owner, of a 47-unit project and a 101-unit project in Elizabeth, NJ.
Due to the experience and solid knowledge in Real Estate, Guillermo has built a very strong relationship with several banks that provides him with effective and robust financing options for his acquisitions.
